Refund & Return

1. Introduction
At Achievers Nest Boys PG, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory accommodation experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations, refunds, and deposits for our services.

2. Booking Cancellation Policy

• Residents may request a cancellation before their scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the move-in date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the booking terms.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the move-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable.
• Any refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.

3. Security Deposit Refund

• A security deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Upon check-out, the security deposit will be refunded after deducting any unpaid dues, damages, or penalties.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-21 business days after final inspection of the room.
• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be chargeable and deducted from the deposit.

4. Rent Payment & Non-Refundable Fees

• Monthly rent payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Any advance rent payments made for future months are also non-refundable, except in special cases approved by management.
• Registration or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Early Termination Policy

• If a resident decides to vacate the PG before the agreed-upon tenure, the security deposit may be forfeited.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the month if a resident moves out early.
• In exceptional cases, management may allow partial refunds at its discretion.

6. Special Circumstances for Refunds

• In the case of an emergency situation (e.g., medical reasons, job transfer), partial refunds may be considered upon submission of valid proof.
• Any request for special consideration must be submitted in writing to the management.

7. Changes to This Policy

• Achievers Nest Boys PG reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
