1. Introduction
Welcome to Achievers Nest Boys PG! By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Admission & Residency

• Admission is subject to verification of identity and completion of required formalities.
• Residents must provide valid identification (Aadhaar, passport, or any government-approved ID).
• Only male residents are allowed, and no unauthorized guests are permitted to stay overnight.

3. Rent & Payment Policy

• Rent must be paid on or before the due date every month.
• Late payments may attract penalties as per management discretion.
• Rent once paid is non-refundable.
• Any additional charges for utilities, maintenance, or special requests must be cleared promptly.

4. Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required at the time of admission.
• The deposit will be refunded upon vacating, subject to deduction for damages, unpaid dues, or breach of contract.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-21 business days after final room inspection.

5. Conduct & Discipline

• Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms and common areas.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Any misconduct, violence, or illegal activities will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
• Noise levels should be kept minimal to maintain a peaceful environment for all.

6. Facility Usage

• Residents must use provided facilities (Wi-Fi, AC, food, etc.) responsibly.
• Any damage to property or facilities will be chargeable to the resident responsible.
• Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

7. Visitors & Guests

• Visitors are allowed only during designated hours and must register at the reception.
• No visitor is allowed to stay overnight.
• The management holds the right to deny entry to any visitor at its discretion.

8. Security & Liability

• CCTV surveillance is in place for safety; however, residents are responsible for their belongings.
• Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Residents must lock their rooms when stepping out.

9. Check-Out & Termination Policy

• A 30-day notice is required before vacating.
• Any resident who vacates without prior notice will forfeit their security deposit.
• The management reserves the right to terminate a resident’s stay without notice for violations of these terms.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• Achievers Nest Boys PG reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Updated terms will be published on our website and applicable immediately.
